Support your clinic with a comprehensive behavioral health program
We’ll ensure you have the clinicians and ongoing program support you need to provide long-term behavioral health care for your patients.
The Iris Match
Our approach to provider matching helps us ensure you’re matched with a provider who meets your organization’s needs, culture, and values. By the end of the process, you’ll have a provider who fills your care gaps and helps position your organization for long-term success.
Joint Commission accredited
Since 2019, Iris has been accredited by the Joint Commission for behavioral health. We are committed to meeting quality measures in provider selection, patient care, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Chronic care and substance use management
PCPs do their best to treat chronic mental health and substance use challenges, but it is time-consuming and stressful to care for complex behavioral health conditions. When a specialist is part of the care team, PCPs have more time to focus on physical health needs, and patient outcomes are improved.
Top of license care
You pay a flat hourly rate per scheduled hour of your provider’s time. We manage all the costs associated with recruiting, supporting, supervising, and retaining the best providers so you can focus on clinical care and your clinicians can practice at the top of their licenses.
Financially sustainable
When we give patients the right care at the right time, the economic benefits closely follow. Our goal is to help you make this possible in your clinic.
Medical group expertise
We are a medical group founded by a child psychiatrist and led by clinicians and healthcare experts. We know what your organization is going through and what it will take to set you up for success.

How it works
Just like having your own full or part-time provider, your Iris provider works on a consistent schedule. Once you partner with Iris, the complete timeline usually takes 4-16 weeks, depending on your clinic’s onboarding process. We work directly with your HR, credentialing, and IT teams to onboard your Iris provider, and you don’t pay for anything until the services successfully go live.
