Meaningful work and great benefits are possible
We know looking for a job is completely exhausting. Updating resumes, collecting references, customizing cover letters, and interviewing is taxing and a job by itself. Half the jobs you apply to don’t even seem that interesting, and waiting to hear back can be weeks, months, or even never. Why is it so hard to find a fulfilling career with an organization that has an above-average work culture?
That’s where we come in. Unlike other companies, your resume doesn’t go directly into an automated applicant system – an actual human will read your resume and determine if you are a potential Iris superhero. When you join our team, you become part of the Iris family and legacy! No other company beats our high-quality and consistent service, and we are incredibly proud of our people. Are you ready to love your work and be a critical part of the mental health movement? Apply today!
