Our clinical, IT, and medical staff services teams are on standby ready to help your staff with everything from paperwork to patient workflows.
Ready to go
Clinicians love working with us. With Iris’s happy home for providers, say goodbye to months of waiting to meet your provider. They are already eager to meet you!
We know you have budgetary responsibilities. Our hourly-rate pricing is simple and designed to support a sustainable partnership. We manage all the costs associated with recruiting, supervising, and supporting the best doctors including paying their salary, PTO, medical benefits, 401k, malpractice insurance, licensing and credentialing fees, and CME expenses.
Centered on clinical and business harmony
Good clinical sense doesn’t come at the expense of good financial sense. When we give our patients the right care at the right time, the economic benefits follow. Let us help you find this balance in your clinic.
Don’t face your community’s mental health crisis on your own
As a CMHC, your organization encounters:
- Constant pressure to care for the members of your community with limited access to quality healthcare.
- Too few qualified clinicians to meet the need, so job openings sit idle for months.
- Patients who no-show, causing chaos in your schedule and loss in billing capture.
- Surges in urgent crisis visits and patients decompensating until they need hospitalization.
How can you keep up with scores of new regulations, search for caring clinicians, and ensure your clinic runs smoothly?
Offer your clients stability and consistency with Iris psychiatrists. They can see the same doctor everytime without months of waiting and uncertainty. Your staff will enjoy working with a friendly, collaborative provider, and you’ll be relieved too. Provide your community the care it needs, stress-free.
How it works
Just like having your own full or part-time provider, your Iris provider will work consistent weekly hours. We work directly with your HR, credentialing and IT teams to onboard your Iris provider. On average, getting clinical services started takes 4 to 16 weeks once you partner with us. Here’s what to expect:
We’ll help identify what your clinic needs for telepsychiatry hours each week. We’ll also learn about how your schedule works — with appointment times for intakes and follow-ups — and your clinic’s prescribing and practice philosophies.
Choose your provider
Using this unique information, we identify best-fit candidates from our top 3% of vetted providers who are ready to meet you.
State & clinical credentialing
Once you decide on a provider you like, we help your team get him/her fully credentialed in your clinic and paneled with your payers.
EMR & video conferencing Setup
We ensure you have the video conferencing software you need, and that your Iris provider is set up to document directly in your EMR. We’ll also coordinate a test-run to make sure your front office staff and our provider are fully in sync before the big day.
On day 1 of services, your Iris Clinical Operations Manager will ensure connections are smooth and patients and staff are comfortable with the workflow. You extend more quality care to more patients, and your staff is less stressed — definitely deserving of a round of applause!
Let the data be your guide
Iris is 100% owned and operated by doctors who know from experience what both providers and patients need. We have earned a reputation for providing outstanding customer service and excellent clinical care.
