Latest Insights and News
Don’t face your community’s mental health crisis on your own
As a CMHC, your organization encounters:
- Constant pressure to care for the members of your community with limited access to quality healthcare.
- Too few qualified clinicians to meet the need, so job openings sit idle for months.
- Patients who no-show, causing chaos in your schedule and loss in billing capture.
- Surges in urgent crisis visits and patients decompensating until they need hospitalization.
How can you keep up with scores of new regulations, search for caring clinicians, and ensure your clinic runs smoothly?
Offer your patients stability and consistency with Iris providers. Your patients can see the same provider every time without months of waiting and uncertainty. Your staff will enjoy working with a friendly, collaborative provider, and your patients will have access to the specialty, quality care they need.
How it works
Just like having your own full or part-time provider, your Iris provider will work consistent weekly hours. We work directly with your HR, credentialing and IT teams to onboard your Iris provider. On average, getting clinical services started takes 4 to 16 weeks once you partner with us. Here’s what to expect:
We’ll help identify what your clinic needs for telepsychiatry and teletherapy hours each week. We’ll also learn about how your schedule works — with appointment times for intakes and follow-ups — and your clinic’s prescribing and practice philosophies.
Choose your provider
Using this unique information, we identify best-fit candidates from our top 3% of vetted providers.
State & clinical credentialing
Once you’ve met a provider who you think would be a good fit, we help your team get them fully credentialed in your clinic and paneled with your payers.
EMR & video conferencing Setup
We ensure you have the video conferencing software you need, and that your Iris provider is set up to document directly in your EMR. We’ll also coordinate a test-run to make sure your front office staff and our provider are fully in sync before the big day.
On day 1 of services, your Iris Clinical Operations Manager will ensure connections are smooth, and patients and staff are comfortable with the workflow. You extend more quality care to more patients, and your staff is less stressed – definitely deserving of a round of applause.
