Our hourly-rate pricing is simple and designed to support a sustainable partnership. We manage all the costs associated with recruiting, supervising, and supporting the best providers including paying their salary, PTO, medical benefits, 401k, malpractice insurance, licensing and credentialing fees, and CME expenses.

How it works
Just like having your own full or part-time provider, your Iris provider will work consistent weekly hours. We work directly with your HR, credentialing and IT teams to onboard your Iris provider.
